https://iprof.lv is a website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), where its users (natural or legal persons) create and maintain a profile for offering their services, and visitors (natural or legal persons) find a specialist to perform the necessary work. Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of any products. By creating his profile, the user agrees to the terms of use of the platform https://iprof.lv and that all the specified information is stored, processed and used in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia. The user assumes full responsibility for the content of his profile and the veracity of the information posted, as well as the respect of copyright in the attached materials. The user creates his profile by entering the information in the fields provided for it and places it in the categories corresponding to the service offered. The photos and other materials used in the profile must correspond to the services offered. The profile may only be created in Latvian, Russian or English, and the information contained therein must be accurate, clear and relevant to the service offered.

These terms of use of the website https://iprof.lv (hereinafter - the Terms) are binding on all persons who use the website, regardless of whether the person is a registered user of the website or not. The site is maintained and administered by "iProf" LTD, reg. No. 40203165125, e-mail: info@iprof.lv (hereinafter - iProf). The user of the website is obliged to read and comply with the Terms before using it. If the user of the website uses the website or performs any activities on the website, it is considered that the respective user has read and complies with the Terms in force at the time of use. Each user of the website is obliged to read the Terms regularly in order to be informed in a timely manner about the changes made to them. If the user does not agree to the Terms, the user is prohibited from using the site. iProf reserves the right to amend and supplement the Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.

The following is prohibited on the iProf.lv website:

• to place information which is in conflict with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the regulatory enactments in force or insults the honor and dignity of a person or a group of persons;
• create a profile on behalf of another natural or legal person;
• offer intimate services and any other type of sexual services;
• offer any activities or services related to arms;
• use photos, videos or other materials that depict violence or the use of sexual acts, tobacco, alcohol or other intoxicating substances; as well as if the honor and dignity of persons or groups of persons are violated in them or advertising of products prohibited by law is placed;
• offer esoteric or occult services;
• offer MLM (Multi Level Marketing), web-chat, "work abroad" and other "easy profit" opportunities;
• to post information that violates the principles of fair competition;

Registration on the site iProf.lv and its use is free. iProf has the right to charge additional fees for using the platform, notifying the user of the planned costs no earlier than 30 days before the implementation of paid services. The amount for Premium services may be changed depending on the decision of the iProf.lv administration, and the iProf.lv administration reports this to its users in the terms of use. iProf has the right to sign an individual contract with the client by mutual agreement.

To register on the website, you must create a profile by providing your email address or using your social network account. After registration, the user has the opportunity to specify the following data about himself - name, surname or title, insert a profile picture, description about himself, profile category, telephone number, location - city. We process information about user-inserted projects - project title, description, picture. We receive information about the devices you use to access the Site (such as device type, operating system, web browser, mobile operator, IP address, device location, connection time and duration). We use cookies.

We process your personal data and other information in order to:

• Provide you with the opportunity to receive the services offered by the iProf.lv website (insert information, contact other users, search for new customers, advertise yourself)
• Maintain and improve the quality of our services
• Give you answers and contact you with questions that may be of interest to you, or to inform you about changes to the rules.

The data in your profile (name, phone number, profile picture, city, pictures, descriptions) is publicly available to all Internet users.

All collected data is stored in data centers in a database. Only authorized employees have access to personal data. Employees may access the data in order to resolve issues related to the use of the portal's services. If the user wants to delete his personal data collected using the application, he can do so by clicking "Delete profile" in the Settings section of his profile or by submitting a written request to the e-mail: info@iprof.lv

iProf.lv administration reserves the right to:

• delete the content of the profile completely or change its individual parts at its own discretion, without explaining the reasons for such action;
• to change the appearance, navigation, software of iProf.lv at its own discretion, as well as to perform other activities related to the maintenance and development of the website;
• in accordance with the applicable legislation, use the so-called "cookies" located on the user's and visitor's computer;
• make changes to the terms of use.

This Privacy Policy provides information about why iProf Ltd. collects, uses or shares your personal information regarding your cooperation with iProf LTD as a customer. "iProf" SIA takes care of your privacy and personal data protection, respects your right to the lawfulness of personal data processing, in accordance with applicable law - Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data processing and the free movement of such data (Regulation) and other applicable privacy and data processing legislation.
